00:00Computer Science Video is here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05transfer a PDF file from a USB flash drive to a Mac computer. Without further
00:10ado let us start the video. So in the tutorial you need to have access to a
00:15Mac computer, access to a USB flash drive which can have a capacity of 1, 2, 4
00:20all the way up to a terabyte. In this tutorial we are not worried about the
00:25capacity of the USB flash drive as we are working with a very small file. Let's
00:30now turn the attention to the Mac computer. Now let's insert the USB flash
00:34drive into the computer, wait for that to load on screen and there we see the
00:41Kingston USB. Let's now click on this, wait for that to open, increase the size
00:50of the finder window and so on screen we have trial document.pdf. Let's now
00:58highlight this, right-click, copy or we can use command C to copy and then
01:06command V to paste. Let's now close out of this finder. Let's now go all the way
01:11around to the dock, go to finder, navigate to a folder, my YouTube channel. Now let's
01:19paste into this folder, right-click, paste item. May take some time depending on the
01:28size of the file. In this case it should take nothing less than five seconds and
01:36there we go the transfer has been complete. So we can now quit finder, eject
01:44the Kingston USB as the information has been taken from the Kingston USB, copied,
01:52pasted into a new finder window within the chosen folder on your Mac computer
01:59which is why we can now eject. Let's now remove the USB flash drive from the
02:08computer. Now let's go all the way around to the dock, go to finder, go to my YouTube
02:14channel and there is the PDF file that we transferred from the flash drive to
02:20my computer. And that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial.
02:25Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to
