00:00So if I asked you what your most valuable asset was while running your business in your business, what would your answer be?
00:07I know what my answer is and that's time.
00:11I think a lot of people don't quite understand that.
00:16And the reason I say that is because whenever I work with a client or whenever I talk to a prospective client,
00:23They're always into in back-to-back meetings.
00:27They're always saying they're busy.
00:29They have no time to have a meeting.
00:34And I never quite understand why if you know that time is the most valuable asset in your business why it's never utilized better.
00:46For instance.
00:46I know a lot of people that have literally butt-to-butt back-to-back butt-to-butt meetings with no wiggle room.
00:54There's some people that do do it.
00:55I know few people that do it, but many don't.
00:59So how do you have time in between to prepare?
01:02How do you fit for your mind notes?
01:05Whatever it is for the next meeting.
01:07How do you have time to prepare that?
01:10So if your most valuable asset is time if you actually agree with me that is obviously then that shouldn't be in your calendar.
01:20You shouldn't have files all over the place because you're spending time to try to get that information.
01:27Whereas if it was in the right place, you know exactly where it is.
01:31Some people check the emails once a day.
01:36I don't I check them throughout the day because I have the time.
01:39I've managed to figure out the time the way I've the way I deal with it to be able to check it whenever I want.
01:49But sometimes it's good to say.
01:50Okay during this time.
01:52I'm going to check my emails.
01:53So the thing is that it's not how you do it, but it's more to do with how you manage it.
02:00And if time is your most valuable asset.
02:03You've really got to think about how you manage your time without distractions without annoyances without headaches and fuss and etc.
02:13Then you can get a lot more done.
02:15We all have 24 hours and we work eight hours.
02:19I guess I only work three possibly for a day because I've managed my time.
02:25Anyway, have a great day.
02:27I'll see you in the next one.
02:28And if you have any questions, there'll be a link here somewhere where we can have a call.
02:34Have a great day.
02:35See you then.
