केआईएडीबी भूमि मामले को लेकर RTI कार्यकर्ता दिनेश कलहल्ली ने बताया कि जमीन उद्योग मंत्रालय के अधीन आती है। यह जमीन किसानों से लेकर उद्योगपतियों को उद्योग विकास के लिए दी जाती है। यदि इन साइटों के आवंटन के लिए नीलामी की जाती तो कई सक्षम उद्योगपतियों को जमीन मिल जाती और सरकार को भी फायदा होता। लेकिन, यह देखा गया है कि मंत्री ने नीलामी प्रक्रिया को नजरअंदाज कर न्यूनतम मूल्य पर जमीन आवंटित कर दी, जिससे सरकार को अरबों रुपये का नुकसान हुआ। मैंने यह मामला माननीय राज्यपाल के ध्यान में लाने की कोशिश की है और संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ शिकायत प्रस्तुत की है। मैंने राज्यपाल से इस घोटाले के लिए मंत्री के खिलाफ अभियोजन की अनुमति देने की अपील की है। मुझे उम्मीद है कि मंजूरी मिलने पर इस घोटाले और ऐसे कई मामलों में शामिल सभी अधिकारी और मंत्री सामने आएंगे। राज्यपाल ने मुझे आश्वासन दिया है कि वे मेरे द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए सभी दस्तावेजों की जांच करेंगे और मुझे इस मामले में अनुमति मिलने की उम्मीद है।
