00:00In the village of Vrindavan, young Krishna was playing by the river Yamuna with his friends.
00:04They were unaware of the danger lurking beneath the waters. The river had been poisoned by the
00:09venomous serpent Kaliya, causing much distress to the villagers. One day, while playing,
00:14Krishna noticed the troubled waters. Determined to protect his friends and the village,
00:18he jumped into the river. Kaliya emerged, angry and ready to attack. Krishna, however,
00:24was not afraid. With his divine strength and agility, he danced on Kaliya's many heads,
00:30subduing the serpent. Kaliya finally surrendered, realizing Krishna's divine nature. Krishna then
00:36commanded Kaliya to leave the river and never return. Kaliya, grateful for his life being spared,
00:41agreed and departed with his family to a distant land. The waters of the Yamuna became pure again,
00:46and the villagers rejoiced, celebrating Krishna's bravery and divine power.
00:51From that day on, Krishna was revered even more for his miraculous deeds
00:55and his love for the people of Vrindavan.
