00:18Currently, the 39-year-old driver of a passenger jeep that lost control of the brakes on Sampaloc Road in Tanay, Rizal is in jail.

00:35They are passengers of a passenger jeep that was hit by an accident after the brakes lost control on Sampaloc Road in Tanay, Rizal earlier this afternoon.

00:46Based on the investigation of the police, the people of DSWD Calabarzon are accused of driving an accident jeep that came from an outreach program.

00:56The accident happened on a magnetic hill on the lower part of the road in Sitio, Bayucan.

01:01The jeep had a loss brake. When they reached the lower part of the road, there was a curve.

01:10The driver hit the gutter of the road and hit the vacant lot which is actually more or less one meter above the road.

01:24According to the 39-year-old jeep driver, he brought his passengers to Sitio Nayon.

01:29He told them to go back to Tanay Municipality so that he can bring the passengers down when the accident happened.

01:35We lost the brakes. I forced them to recover the vehicle. I couldn't do anything. I just ran.

01:4710 out of 28 passengers were injured. Some of them were taken to the hospital.
