Planting trees and thus absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere: thanks to photosynthesis, plants bind the carbon they breathe in and use it to grow. We want to strengthen this natural cycle as a carbon removal company.
Through our collaboration with Naturetreet, we support the reforestation of dead or deforested areas and the creation of new forests to promote greater biodiversity, water conservation, and ultimately the removal of carbon from the air. Novocarbo has provided biochar for this project, which helps particularly seedlings to be able to access enough water and nutrients. At the same time, the carbon contained in the biochar is permanently stored in the soil.
