02:41When you look at a massive goal, your mind sees a mountain, and you feel overwhelmed

02:48This can lead to hesitation, and hesitation leads to procrastination.
02:54But when you break the goal into small steps, each one seems more doable, and each step

03:03You begin to realize that the mountain isn't as big as you thought, it is all about perspective.

03:13Imagine you're standing at the base of a staircase.

04:38Why is it important to you?

04:58So take the time to dig deep and ask yourself, why do I want this?
