00:58uniform but you still figured he would be a very good scenario for giving like you know a couple
01:03guys off. He can play multiple positions here but it looked like for the Phillies, Ben, he was
01:07absolutely playing in slow motion. Swing was slow. Play was slow. Fielding was off and they just
01:12released him and said you know what we're not even gonna give you a second chance because it looks
01:15like you hit the wall and then you find out games like this where Witt Merrifield goes five of five
01:20in the leadoff spot. There's just something about the Atlanta Braves. You plug just randos into that
01:24lineup and they're absolutely really good ballplayers out of nowhere because I remember
01:28when Witt Merrifield went to Atlanta like dude they're gonna laugh at this guy like he is absolutely
01:33shot and to see him go five for five in a game where the Braves opened up a nine to one lead
01:37after two innings against a very good pitcher this year Major League Baseball on the road. The Braves
01:42scored 10 runs yesterday. That's something to keep an eye on here but I look at the performance
01:46out of Witt Merrifield and just scratch my head saying this is unbelievable. Never would have saw that coming.
