00:05A car was stranded and drowned in the flood.

00:08Some businesses were forced to evacuate because of the flood.

00:23This part of Araneta Avenue on the roads here in Quezon City was flooded.

00:27Because of the heavy rain, many of our fellow motorists were forced to evacuate because of the continuous flood.

00:35The Quezon City Local Government announced that there will be no entrance to all untapped public or private schools because of the bad weather.

00:47The rain poured down in Quezon City before 11 o'clock last night.

00:52The roads were flooded like Maria Clara Street.

00:55The water level in this part of Santo Domingo Avenue is also high.

00:58In Enes Amoranto Street and Patagos of Araneta Avenue, light vehicles could not pass.

01:04A car was stranded in the flood while a truck could not make it.

01:09Other motorists just returned.

01:11We couldn't make it. There's a car in the middle of the road.

01:16We couldn't make it.

01:18Maimai drowned in the water with her husband.

01:22The flood reached the house of the store they were guarding.

01:25That's why they evacuated some of their belongings.

01:27We are used to it because we are looking for a place to live.

01:31But if it's a big house, we will be afraid.

01:35But if it's just like that, we can handle it.

01:39It was past three o'clock in the early morning when the heavy rain poured down on Payatas Road.

01:43The visibility was almost zero.

01:45The situation is also the same in some parts of Commonwealth Avenue.

01:49The rain also poured heavily on Elliptical Road.

01:56For the time being, this is just a light rain that we are experiencing here in Quezon City.

02:01But this flood here in Araneta Avenue, as you can see,

02:05this is the lane from the area of Maria Clara Street that goes to Quezon Avenue.

02:11Earlier, we saw a few trucks that could pass through here,

02:16but there were no light vehicles.

02:18On the side of the road, we saw that there were three motorcycles that fell.

02:23Because when the trucks pass through here, the flood was very strong.

02:28That's why some motorcycles fell and were not evacuated.

02:31There were residents who evacuated their motorcycles on the higher part of the road.
