00:32the local government will evacuate the residents living near Tuliacan River.

00:38Earlier, we also went around some parts of Caloocan

00:42where we saw the effects of continuous rain and floods.

00:51There's no stopping the rain, so the flood level is slowly rising.

00:56Even though they are used to it, it still hurts the pockets of the tricycles and jeepney drivers.

01:09because there's no entry in Caloocan today due to the heavy rain in the city.
