00:00I feel like we're always expected to perform at our best regardless. You're
00:04always expected to win from an external standpoint regardless of the perceived
00:10the perception of whatever roster you have it doesn't matter. Like I've said
00:15before the you're either winning or losing and expectations are always to be
00:20to win and I honestly I'm not trying to be cheesy every year for coaching is
00:26now or never. With the way the league is especially over the last 10-15
00:33years you're you're hanging by a thread no matter when no matter what year
00:38you've been hired. It could be year 1, year 10, year 20 you're always hanging by
00:43a thread and and all it takes is is one bad year and and you're showing the door.
00:48So I don't I don't look at it that way. It's just the way you know you get so
00:54used to being in an environment where expectations aren't what they are and so
01:00that's why it's even it's just so so important and like I said last year was
01:05a was a great reminder in that stay focused in the moment be where your feet
01:09are and be a problem solver.
