Arsenal have been linked but it’s Chelsea who have launched a new offer to sign the Nigerian on loan. They have also held talks to sign Ivan Toney - as have Man Utd - and the two clubs are considering a sensational swap deal involving Raheem Sterling and Jadon Sancho.
