Bayaran balik mandatori jika penerbangan ditunda lebih 5 jam, kata Loke
Syarikat penerbangan tidak lama lagi diwajibkan untuk membuat bayaran balik penuh kepada penumpang sekiranya penerbangan yang ditunda selama lima jam atau lebih, kata Menteri Pengangkutan Loke Siew Fook.
