00:04the way the two of them are depicted and narrated and the way their relationship is painted is not

00:13dignified. Radha deserves a lot of dignity. The character of Radha Devi deserves a lot of respect.

00:20Unfortunately, the way those dances and depictions happen, there is hardly any spiritual lesson in

00:27that. There are two Puranas mainly. There is the Srimad Bhagavad Puran and there is the Harivansh

00:34Puran. Even in these two, Radha is scarcely mentioned. That has meant that later on all

00:40kinds of people could simply expand their imagination and say whatever they wanted

00:46about Radha. Very ideally, very truly, the relationship between Shri Krishna and Radha

00:52has to be much the same as between Shiva and Shakti.
