00:00Part of being in footy and in a job like being a coach, similar as a player, you want that expectation and invite it because it means people believe in you and want to see you succeed.
00:13So of course that pressure's going to come and it'll only increase in season but I invite it and thankfully I've probably put as much pressure on myself as anything and want to be successful.
00:25So I'm really lucky that I've been well supported to do the role that I do and from the outside looking in the narrative is that I'm here to help but I sort of am reminded every day that it's not a one person job and it's just going to come down to really good hard working people in all the various roles in the program.
00:46There's no secret sauce that I'm bringing, it's just kind of trying to impart some of my experiences that I have had and the rest is hard work and people being passionate about what they do.
