01:28The agency has only allocated 60 million pesos for the so-called program under the 2025 NEP or National Expenditure Program.

01:36According to the DOTR, this is not enough.

01:39Under the DOTR's plan, it plans to add 260 kilometers of bike lanes in 2025

01:46and extend it to 2,400 kilometers by the end of 2028.
