00:00Don't let fear stop you.
00:03Chances are, you have a lot of big things coming up—graduation, college, a career,
00:12adult stuff.
00:13It's easy to feel overwhelmed.
00:15In fact, you might not feel like you know what you're doing.
00:19Joshua was in the same boat.
00:21In the Bible, Moses was the only real leader the Israelites had ever had.
00:26He was the goat, basically.
00:28Joshua was Moses' assistant.
00:31Then, Moses dies, and the entire burden of leading the Israelites was on Joshua.
00:37Sounds like a lot of pressure, right?
00:40As God is giving Joshua instructions, he says this three different times.
00:45Be strong and courageous.
00:48God knew Joshua had a huge task in front of him.
00:52He knew Joshua was probably scared out his mind.
00:55But God also knew that he had a plan and that he was going to go with Joshua.
01:01That's why Joshua could be strong and courageous.
01:04He knew he had God on his side.
01:08Here's the cool thing—God will go with you, too.
01:11Just like Joshua, God wants you to be strong and courageous as you enter the next season
01:16of life.
01:18Whether you're scared out of your mind to graduate, go to college, or start your career
01:23dealing with an unexpected setback, or simply afraid of the future, God is with you.
01:29Just like we talked about on day one, you might not get the full blueprint.
01:34Even so, we can trust God with our future, knowing his plans are always better than our
01:39own.
01:40Finally, know that God cares about you and loves you more than you can comprehend.
01:46No matter what life throws at you, God will never leave you nor forsake you.
01:51Life changes, but God never changes, and neither does his love for us.
01:57So remember this—God's plan may not always be clear, but it's always better than you
02:02can ask for or imagine.
02:04And when you truly know and believe that, you're ready for anything.
