00:25He was blocked by another suspect.

00:30When he was blocked, he was hit by another suspect.

00:42The suspect who was hit immediately ran away.

05:21The Volant Academy is asking for up to Php 500,000 per student

05:26in exchange for a job in Germany.

05:29The problem is that the Volant Academy does not have a license

05:33to recruit and deploy workers abroad.

05:37That is why their operation is considered illegal.

05:40It's actually a front for a recruitment scheme going to Germany.

05:45This will send workers, apprentices to Germany without the necessary permits.
