Apartment 7A ist ein Psychothriller unter der Regie von Natalie Erika James und nach einem Skript aus der Feder der Regisseurin, Skylar James und Christian White. Es ist ein Prequel zu dem längst zum Horrorklassiker avancierten Film Rosemaries Baby und spielt wie dieser in einem Apartmenthaus, in dem in Form der Familie Castavet das Böse lauert. Die Hauptrolle spielt Julia Garner, die eine ambitionierte Tänzerin spielt, die von den Castavets mit dem Versprechen von Erfolg in einen höllischen Abgrund gelockt wird.
