00:00We asked for the authority of Blue Notice from the International Criminal Police Organization or INTERPOL

00:05against Dismissed Maman Mayor Alice Guo.

00:08According to Justice Undersecretary Jessie Andres,

00:11Blue Notice is a line that can collect additional information on the identification, location,

00:18and activity of an individual for criminal investigation.

00:22Guo is also facing and more than 30 other charges of money laundering.

00:28Here's Salima Refran.

00:33The Anti-Money Laundering Council, Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission,

00:39and National Bureau of Investigation in the Department of Justice submitted documents one after another.

00:42These are evidence of 87 counts of money laundering

00:46against Dismissed Maman Mayor Alice Guo and 35 others

00:52where agencies traced the 7 billion pesos stolen from the scam operations of Lucky South 99 in Porac, Pampanga

01:01that were sent to Guo's companies and used to build the Baofu Compound

01:07and Hongsheng Gaming that became Zunyuan Technology,

01:11the raids that were connected to criminal activities.

01:15Based on our findings, she is the principal in the money laundering,

01:19money laundering committed in this case.

01:21Alice Guo is the one who financed the expenses of the robberies.

01:29So that's where the money laundering came from.

01:31There's no other way to get money if it's not through a scam operation.

01:38Where did the money from Baofu come from?

01:40Partly from Lucky South 99, partly from Alice Guo's accounts that could not be explained where it came from.

01:47In a 105-page complaint, Guo's intention was to use his accomplices to exploit the layers of the corporation

01:55to make their business look like a scam.

01:59Based on the AMLC's investigation, Guo's family's corporations are involved in money laundering.

02:06Alice Guo will not be able to do this alone.

02:09The freeze order was extended for 60 days to Guo's bank accounts and assets, his family and other individuals.

02:17In the monitoring of authorities abroad, Alice Guo is still in Jakarta, Indonesia.

02:22There are sightings, I saw pictures from CCTV that showed her in a place in Jakarta.

02:35We are still trying to get Alice Guo's money.

02:38This is an additional complaint against Guo's legal opponents here in the Department of Justice.

02:43He is also facing a complaint of Qualified Human Trafficking and Tax Evasion.

02:48Aside from Dismissed Mayor Guo, along with the Money Laundering Complaint,

02:52the siblings of Sheila and Simen, their parents, Guo's foreign business partners,

02:57incorporators, officers and management of Baofu Land and Mga Pogo,

03:02as well as Guo's business QJJ Farms and QC Genetics.

03:07Cassandra Lee Ong, who was laughed at by LuckySouth99,

03:12who is still detained by the camera due to the contempt order against her, also admitted to the complaint.

03:17We can see that we can file or recommend criminal charges against not just Cassandra Ong,

03:28but also several personalities.

03:31But again, we still have to complete the investigation

03:36in order that we can substantiate the findings that we can see.

03:44Ong first said that he had nothing to do with the Pogo or Guo's business.
