00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05attach an image to an email using Microsoft Office 365 Outlook on a Mac
00:12computer. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial you
00:18need to have access to a Mac computer, the desktop application Microsoft Outlook
00:23an account for Microsoft Office 365. This can be for World School of Business. Now
00:29let's go over onto the dock. Go to Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to Outlook
00:35make sure you are signed into the account. Let's now click on new email. Let's now
00:41send this email to myself. Yep, add in a subject
00:54image. Let's now compile an email
01:00Please see attached to this email the image. Kind regards, admin. Now let's
01:26attach an image. Go to pictures, picture from file. Let's find an image we wish
01:33to upload. This is the image we will be uploading to the email. Choose insert and
01:43that has now been attached. We can
01:49decrease the size of this image if we wish to. We can delete the image. We can
01:59have the image inserted after the email. There we go. If we wish to, we can attach
02:11this using attach file which could be the best way. Attach file, click on the
02:18image and now this has been attached as a separate file and not in the email. So
02:23we can now send this email or we can schedule the email which is something we
02:29will do in the latter future. So click on send. That has now been sent. Go to sent.
02:38This has now been sent to my main account. So we can now go all the way down
02:48to the dock after we minimize Outlook for the moment. Go to Safari, go to
02:53office.com. Make sure you are signed into the account. Go to Outlook and there we
03:01have the email with the attachment of the photo. Let's click this for a moment
03:08and there we have the image on screen. So we can now quit Safari, go back to
03:18Outlook, quit Outlook and so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys on the next
03:25tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the end of the video.
