00:00We have a new contestant in Switzerland.
00:14We are really excited about her potential.
00:17She has great star quality, but she is of lower skill set.
00:23We sent a T&D staff member to help oversee her development.
00:29We invest hugely in the girls that we bring here.
00:34Being inexperienced, not having taken any dancing classes before, I very much know that
00:41I'm not good at dancing yet, so I'm really just getting thrown into that cold water.
00:48When new trainees come in, I think more than anything it affects the current trainees'
00:52mental.
00:53There's only so many spots available in the group and they know that.
00:57It shakes them for sure.
00:59I always wanted to be a star.
01:01That is the ultimate goal.
01:03And I think that's what's going to happen, eventually.
01:28Each member has their own role.
01:31If there are five, five, seven, seven, how great would it be if they were all the best dancers
01:37and the best singers?
01:40It's almost impossible to make a team like that.
01:44I think this is clear.
01:46You need to be at least a certain level of skill to join a band.
01:51I can only say that there are so many things at stake.
01:58We're in the first phase of dance training.
02:01For the next month, we're focused on just the very fundamental skills.
02:08Being a dancer is hard.
02:11As hell.
02:14We are basically both artists and athletes.
02:18We express our creativity like artists and we also train like athletes.
02:25So much practice, conditioning.
02:28It's physically demanding.
02:30This is not a normal artist and development situation.
02:38Once you go down the vortex of K-pop, it is really hard to get out.
02:43The attention to detail, facial expressions, and also the synchronization of the choreography.
02:51It's a level that I've never seen before.
02:55The girls are nowhere near ready to get on a stage and perform as a group.
03:02Obviously, we have a lot of work to do.
03:05They don't feel like they're a unit.
03:08They don't know how to work in formations.
03:11This is what we need to work on.
03:14I was a competitive dancer, so I know what it takes to perform at such a high level.
03:21Because of the high level of dancing that's going to be expected from that K-pop world,
03:28my role is to bring in the right people to guide the girls.
03:34We needed to bring in the right teacher that wasn't going to over-sexualize the girls,
03:39but wasn't going to give us Disney.
03:42Sohye worked for every major artist.
03:45Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Madonna.
03:48I love girl groups. I love K-pop.
03:51I used to dream of being in a girl group growing up.
03:56I'm trying to build their confidence.
03:59Daily reminder that you're that bitch.
04:05Missy did such a great job forming this team.
04:09Me, Nicki, and Jay.
04:11I think it's a perfect match.
04:14Nicki gives the fiery, feisty energy when she dances.
04:20You have to have a backbone to deal with Nicki.
04:24Missy is actually my sister.
04:27If I had to describe me and Missy, I would say like fire and ice.
04:31I'm definitely the fire, but I'm more cold-hearted.
04:35So I don't know, maybe I'm the ice.
04:37I'm the oldest, and I was the first dancer.
04:39I really, really have a lot of respect for her.
04:42But there was definitely a point where I felt like she was my biggest competition all of the time.
04:46Because truly, she was.
04:52But our relationship works because of that.
04:57I know how she was trained.
04:59I know how she teaches.
05:01So it just happened to be that way.
05:03I know how she was trained.
05:05I know how she teaches.
05:07So it just happened to be the right fit for this particular project.
05:14Psalm is the choreographer of BTS, one of the biggest boy bands ever.
05:19He gives us directions, what we need to work on.
05:27It could be footwork, it could be body roll, isolation, waves.
05:32So I was a little nervous coming into it, because he's the guy.
05:36So this is really special to me.
05:39I'm living my dream through them.
05:50Over the last few months, we haven't had any eliminations.
05:53We wanted to give the girls time to develop their skills.
05:56Why won't you let me be in my head?
06:00Whatever is best for their training, their development,
06:03and ultimately that launch of them being huge public figures,
06:07it has to be done the right way.
06:09I'm not alone, I need to be.
06:13I think eliminations are the scariest things for them,
06:16because it sets in that this is real.
06:18And there's a timeline, and things are moving, and girls are disappearing.
06:23As soon as that starts happening more frequently,
06:26I think it's going to really shake the girls.
06:42In this program, there's levels to dance.
06:45Techniques, ability.
06:47We collectively make a decision
06:51if a person is ready to move up a level.
06:56If you're good enough, you go up to A.
06:59And there is no one in A.
07:02There is a level A, but no one's in level A,
07:05and we don't really know what it is,
07:08and what we need to do to get to level A.
07:11We get put in the levels based on our current skills
07:15to be able to grow as much as possible.
07:18The more you get better at dancing or learning the choreo,
07:21then you can level up.
07:23So your goal is to get to the highest level in everything possible.
07:26I entered the program in level C, and I'm currently in level B.
07:30I was first put in level C for dance,
07:33and a month ago I was placed in level D.
07:36And that was because I needed to get my fundamentals and my basics down.
07:40It's hard to say who you're in the most competition with,
07:43because you never know when somebody's just going to pop up out of nowhere
07:46and all of a sudden level up.
07:48We score them at the end-of-month evaluation.
07:51Score goes from 1 to 10,
07:54sometimes lower than that.
07:57We're looking at dance, vocal, performance,
08:02star quality, and their attitude.
08:05And then we take an average of those numbers
08:08and get an overall ranking.
08:10That is how we figure out what levels and classes are best for them.
08:14Some of the things that makes the difference
08:17between a good dancer and a great dancer is rhythm,
08:20their ability to form clean lines,
08:24being able to control your face and your emotions
08:27while moving at such a high level.
08:30You have to be able to have all those things.
08:33Seven, eight, hey,
08:36and three, four, going down.
08:39Really get down. Look how low, yeah?
08:42Run, run. Sophia, sometimes it gets like back here.
08:45Just like Yvelle. Here we go.
08:48Let's go.
09:06Okay, Sophia, there's a lot of out-of-control moments.
09:09So find it.
09:12All three of you, I didn't believe it at all.
09:15It felt like nothing, honestly, yeah?
09:18So that's your moment.
09:21If you don't know what you're selling, nobody's gonna buy it.
09:24So I want you to practice more.
09:27Let's say they sent you home tomorrow.
09:30Would you feel like you could have practiced more?
09:33If you feel that, even a little bit, even like a hair,
09:36you're not doing enough. Keep going.
09:39You look scared. You literally look like you're anxious.
09:42Three, four, soft.
09:45Being in level D, we covered a lot of the basics.
09:48Once we have that and we move up to level C,
09:51we're now given choreography,
09:54and it allows me to focus on other things
09:57such as adding my own sauce to it, my performance, my star quality.
10:00You have to know the technique.
10:03You have to know at least the basics, you know?
10:06One and two, three, four.
10:09I love, like I love the challenge.
10:18Let me ask you, do you think that you should move down?
10:21Do you think that you shouldn't be in level C heels?
10:24Yes.
10:27Because I don't feel like I can spot perfectly
10:30or I can, like, land and I make sure that I land.
10:33I land, like, every five times
10:36and then one of them it's, like, not unsure.
10:39Level D doesn't do heels.
10:42So if you move down, you're not going to be doing heels at all.
10:45But I really love heels.
10:48I worked and I'm willing to work even harder.
10:51OK. I want you to stay in heels.
10:54I think you're able, but now put in the work.
10:57But I do. I will.
11:00You don't right now.
11:03You don't right now.
11:06How much do you practice? Don't lie.
11:09I don't count the hours, but I do practice.
11:12So let's do that. Let's figure out how to keep you in this level.
11:15OK? Here we go.
11:18One, two, yes, three, four.
11:21With heels, the better technique you have, the quicker you're going to move up.
11:24That said, if you have really good technique
11:27and you don't have the confidence and you don't have the drive
11:30they're going to go right back down.
11:33Because at the top of the, like, level B, top of the pyramid,
11:36those girls are cutthroat.
11:39And if you don't have that, they're going to eat you up.
11:43Control myself. Control myself.
11:46Control my, control my, control my.
11:49Dirty water in my cup.
11:52Feeling like a million bucks right now.
11:55You and your friends should come.
11:58The top girls in heels right now are Emily and Daniela.
12:01100%.
12:04And you know tonight I can't control myself.
12:07No, I just can't get in control myself.
12:10About 90% of female artists dance in heels.
12:13We wanted our trainees
12:16having the capability to do that
12:19because it's one more thing in their hat that they can pull out.
12:22And we wanted to empower the girls.
12:25I always tell the girls
12:28that confidence is the number one thing.
12:31I just feel good about myself
12:34when I dance in heels.
12:37I feel empowered and I feel, like, beautiful.
12:43I love heels.
12:46I feel like I've definitely been able to touch on my feminine side.
12:54So recently I got moved up to level B
12:57and it was the coolest but scariest experience.
13:00The jump is really different
13:03but I'm excited to show them something I haven't shown them before this month.
13:06I really want to get to a point where I can be comfortable
13:09dancing in that level for sure.
13:12One. Fix your body.
13:15Get smart. Get smart.
13:18And I want you guys to start matching each other.
13:21That's a whole entire skill that I need you guys to have
13:24and know that that's the name of the game with this program.
13:27Four, five, six, seven.
13:30Don't be early. Four, five, six, seven.
13:33Four, five, six, seven.
13:36Don't be early. Don't be sorry.
13:39Just don't fuck up again.
13:42Four, five, six, seven.
13:45You guys are laughing but every single time Emily is doing it.
13:48And she's getting it every single time.
13:51That, how she was doing it every single time
13:54and getting it every single time and she wasn't laughing
13:57was why she's so great at dancing.
14:03So we're in my bedroom.
14:06Sorry, I keep looking over there.
14:09So we're in my bedroom.
14:12That's my bedroom in L.A.
14:15I have a bunch of pictures on here.
14:18Some of them are of me and my friends and me and my family.
14:21This is when I won dancer of the year.
14:24And then this is my inspo wall
14:27of what I want my life to be like, my dreams.
14:30I love Gwen Stefani.
14:33I just literally love her.
14:36And just artists that I love.
14:39My parents are super supportive. My dad's a big dance dad.
14:42He would always drive me to all my auditions.
14:45And when they found out we were going to be in a global pop group,
14:48I can't even comprehend it fully yet.
14:51But I think they're just super excited for me.
14:54Even that's not bad.
14:57Well, we've done TikToks together,
15:00but my brand is like cute and your brand is like...
15:03Gen Z.
15:06What? Gen Z, 1000%.
15:09I am Molly Gray.
15:12And my name is Jackie Jean.
15:15And we are Emily's L.A. parents, we say.
15:18We've been her mentors since she was like 8 years old
15:21She's our first teenager.
15:24Molly found me at a dance convention.
15:27She was just little tiny body, big head, full of energy.
15:30And I was watching her and I was just like,
15:33there's something special about this kid. I need to work with her.
15:36She came up to me after class and she was just like, who are you?
15:39And she was like, I want you to come travel with me and assist me.
15:42We've always had an extra room and we were just like,
15:45can we steal your daughter basically and help her dreams come true?
15:48She's been out here ever since.
15:51All she wants to do is be on the stage.
15:54We just sit here and watch like K-pop groups and she's like,
15:57that's going to be me one day. And she used to just like,
16:00you know, eat Cheetos every day and Taco Bell every meal every day.
16:03And now she's like cooking her own meals and she's meal prepping.
16:06Doing something like this and making it
16:09would fulfill her a lot.
16:12And my dream is for her to like look out into the crowd
16:15and see Jack and I, you know, I think that would be really...
16:18I'm going to cry.
16:21How are you training differently with the program
16:24versus how you were training like it's like a dancer,
16:27like an industry dancer, like what's different about it?
16:30Being the dancer versus being the artist.
16:33For dancers, a lot of it was like to support the artist,
16:36especially like in the industry. If you want to do tour,
16:39if you want to do concerts, all that, it's to perform with an artist.
16:42But like now training, it's like, no, you're not,
16:45you're not training to perform with an artist. You're training to be the artist.
16:48I didn't really understand
16:51what this program was going to mean to me when I first joined.
16:54It doesn't matter how long it's going to take.
16:57Like just think like at the end, it'll all be worth it.
17:00But you think about the people that you looked up to.
17:03Like you get to do that now for the world.
17:06Like that's freaking insane.
17:09It's so cool, you know.
17:20The goal of this program is to develop a global girl group.
17:23And so we really are still
17:26traveling the world trying to find
17:29the right pieces to this girl group.
17:32The girls don't know it yet, but our goal is to have
17:3520 contestants before we introduce the girls
17:39to the public and start the survival show.
17:42There is a lot of pressure on casting.
17:45Obviously I would love to find the girls as soon as possible,
17:48but it doesn't always work out that way.
17:51She is searching far and wide
17:54for the right group of girls that have this
17:57unique star quality. It's an energy,
18:00it's a vibe, it's confidence, it's charisma.
18:03Usually people believe that skill is the most important part,
18:06but for me it's star power.
18:15But go again from the beginning
18:18to finish the groove before you move on.
18:23Two on each side, just like in the choreo.
18:28I feel like on that side I have a feeling of what's right
18:31on this side I'm still trying to figure out.
18:34It just takes time.
18:37Manon has the star quality
18:40and it factor,
18:43but her skill set is lower than some of the girls
18:46that we currently have. I've been training for three weeks.
18:49It feels like three months. It feels like a long time.
18:52Sometimes I forget that I'm not a professional,
18:55like I can't have these high expectations yet.
18:58You can pretend you don't miss me
19:01You can pretend you don't care
19:07I think the biggest hurdle that Manon
19:10has in this program is her skill set,
19:13but I think if she puts her mind to it
19:16and does what she needs to do in practice,
19:19she can get there.
19:25I have my top secret book here.
19:28This is where I write poems and lyrics.
19:31I used to write songs.
19:34This is probably one of my favorites.
19:37How old was I when I did that? I don't know.
19:4017, maybe? I don't know.
19:43But I'm into drawing strange-looking women
19:46with smoke.
19:52I modeled a little before.
19:55Before, I was in a bunch of music videos
19:58and I post pictures of me on Instagram
20:01and some of them blew up.
20:04I found Manon on social media.
20:07I got a DM. She was like,
20:10we really think you would be a great fit. Why don't you do an audition?
20:13And I was like, no.
20:16It's just like, at first I didn't believe it
20:19and then I did my research and then I was like, oh, this is legit.
20:22I'm Michelle. This is Manon.
20:25We talked a few weeks ago about the audition for Get Fun.
20:28I still would like to audition if it's still open.
20:31I only was communicating through text, video calls
20:34and when I saw her in person,
20:37it was like an angel walked out of the elevator.
20:40There was something about her aura
20:43that was so calming yet so vibrant
20:46at the same time.
20:49I don't think that you could put science or math behind it.
20:52It's just a feeling that you get.
20:55I think she's going to be a great contender for the program.
20:58Wait, do they know that the new girl is coming?
21:01I think so, yeah.
21:04A new bombshell will enter the villa.
21:07Maybe they're going to be best friends.
21:10But she can open either the big room
21:13or to mine and Adela's room.
21:16There's also a space left.
21:19Sorry, we don't have space.
21:22I'm going to try not to lose it.
21:30I'm super excited that we get to spend time together.
21:33I really want to get to know you personally.
21:36I'm looking for presence.
21:39As soon as you're out there,
21:42we feel it when you're in the moment.
21:45Think about your intentionality.
21:48Every decision you make when you come to perform,
21:51we are going to be looking at.
21:54Does any of that make sense?
21:57Yes.
22:00Humberto Leon is a fashion visionary.
22:03I love working in fashion.
22:06My role will be to really guide them
22:09on the visuals,
22:12the hair, the makeup, the clothing,
22:15anything that takes a creative lens.
22:18I'm just excited to see
22:21how they all could belong in this group together.
22:24I have worked with everyone
22:27from Chloe Sevigny to Spike Jonze and Yoko Ono.
22:30Yusa, tell me everything about you.
22:33I'm ethnically Indian,
22:36but I'm born and raised in Australia.
22:39My parents are just like,
22:42we just want you to be successful.
22:45We want you to have a comfortable life.
22:48I did ballet most of my life, 9 hours a day.
22:51My family, at first, they were a little apprehensive
22:54to let me do it as a career.
22:57They saw it as a hobby.
23:00Then they were like, okay, we'll just let her do it.
23:03I didn't get to graduate because of this.
23:06I grew up with a lot of Korean culture
23:09and a lot of Korean music and Korean dancing and all of that.
23:12I've never been away from home this long.
23:15I think the first week, I cried every single day.
23:18I'm born and raised in Sweden,
23:21and my dad is from Chile.
23:24Do you speak any Spanish?
23:27I don't. I understand a little bit, but I don't speak it.
23:30Does he speak it?
23:34Megan is like a Swedish fairy to me.
23:37She's like the sing-song of a girl.
23:40I think she's somebody who just knows how to work.
23:46I have a little bit of 2 different personalities.
23:49I'm either really upbeat and just like party vibes,
23:52or really moody, like chill,
23:55like I'm walking in the rain.
24:00There is this duality to Megan.
24:03She's like super nerdy,
24:06and then when she gets on stage, she's like a tiger.
24:10Being themselves is the biggest unlock.
24:15Ever since I moved here,
24:18I feel like this is why I'm here,
24:21like my path for life.
24:24So like outside of my bedroom
24:27are these palm trees in Burbank,
24:30because in Hawaii we had palm trees,
24:33and here out in Burbank, there's palm trees.
24:36The connection is definitely there.
24:42You're making mommy all wet.
24:45Growing up in Hawaii, the kids were introduced to arts
24:48at a very young age.
24:51I took singing lessons since I was 6 years old.
24:54I took dance when I was 4 years old,
24:57and it's always been my dream
25:00to just be an entertainer of any sort.
25:03I would come out to L.A. every weekend,
25:06so I would have dance class on Friday,
25:09go straight to the airport, and then fly back Sunday night,
25:12and then go to school on Monday.
25:15When I came to L.A.,
25:18a lot of people did not have that aloha spirit.
25:21It was definitely some getting used to.
25:24Press the play, yeah, enter.
25:27Can you believe this?
25:30This is so long ago.
25:33There's no technique.
25:36My relationship with my mom is really good.
25:39I love her to death.
25:42She helps me through everything.
25:45She is Asian, so she's really hard on me.
25:48Oh my god, what am I doing?
25:51My relationship with Megan
25:54is hot and cold at times.
25:57You know, she is still a teenager
26:00going through the normal teenage stuff.
26:03Oh my god, look at you guys, so young.
26:06So he would not be proud.
26:09No, he would not.
26:12And on top, the industry stuff,
26:15it's a totally different level.
26:18Moving here out of nowhere was definitely hard,
26:21but she's always just there for me.
26:24Alright, this one's your future.
26:27So this is past, present, future.
26:30So let's just see.
26:33Present, prosperity begins.
26:36So that means something good.
26:39Something's good to happen, yes!
26:42So hopefully this is something to do with your future,
26:45and my future.
26:48I know, maybe your new endeavor is that you're my manager.
26:51My momager.
26:54This is like a one in a million chance,
26:57and being in the industry for that long,
27:00Megan knew, like, this is it.
27:03She set her goal, and she's gonna go to the end.
27:06I feel like before I started, I was so naive.
27:09All the girls have so many talents and skills,
27:12but it is your choice if you're gonna be amazing,
27:15if you're gonna be a star,
27:18or it's your choice if you're gonna be average.
27:21My number one thing is I want to work on my confidence.
27:24It will help me be better instead of bringing me down.
27:272020 vision!
27:30City girls win!
27:33This week's winning!
27:36Megan and Emily, I feel like I'm kind of like their mom a little bit,
27:39Well, I just turned 19, so really we're just 2 years apart.
27:42But whenever I'm struggling with things, they always help too.
27:45But I definitely feel like I have more wisdom.
27:48Hey guys, we're at the concert!
27:51And it's so good!
27:54My friendship with Adela and Emily is amazing.
27:57They're my sisters.
28:00Yeah, I definitely found my people.
28:03Megan is definitely like a black cat,
28:06and Emily would be like the golden retriever.
28:09Emily's always super happy and bubbly and giggly
28:12and just like a little powerpuff girl.
28:15And I just get to hug them.
28:18I don't know, just the fact that they could go home,
28:21there's always gonna be that bit of nervousness.
28:24I think that was definitely my turning point of getting better.
28:27As well as teaching me some Korean here,
28:30because look at the menu.
28:33It's so cute.
28:36Korean lesson with Lex Bella.
28:39We are Lex Bella.
28:42That's really good.
28:45It is great.
28:48It tastes like chicken.
28:56This month is gonna be so good.
28:59Nikki actually said to me, your dancing has gotten visibly better.
29:03So she said it's just like technique that I need to work on now.
29:06Yeah.
29:09To be honest, I feel like Nikki made me grow mentally
29:12and person the most in this program.
29:15They are on our asses and they are like being harsh sometimes,
29:18but it just makes us a lot better.
29:21Let's go.
29:27There, don't add anything.
29:30Very clean lines, not this.
29:33Look at that line. It doesn't look right.
29:36It's a problem to me that you don't know that detail.
29:39When I moved up to heels B,
29:42Nikki really challenged me mentally.
29:45You're like right there and it's totally up to you.
29:48This period of moving up levels
29:51was really, really stressful for me.
29:54But sometimes when I think I can't,
29:57she's like, you can do it.
30:00And that's why I'm on you so much.
30:03My day-to-day life before I came here was very different.
30:06For a really long time in my life,
30:09I was dance training.
30:12Not near the level that we are right now,
30:15but I moved up to high school
30:18and I was just focusing on my exams
30:21and that's when I had to stop dancing.
30:24It was really frustrating for me
30:27because that was the main thing
30:30that I could put my creativity into.
30:33I was in a really dark place.
30:36I didn't know what direction I should go.
30:39Are you serious?
30:42And then I found out that I got in the program.
30:45That was when this new chapter in my life started
30:48and it was so exciting.
30:51Something is happening that will bring me true joy.
30:54It's better in the sense of
30:57you're doing the dance correctly,
31:00but I'm not buying it because you're not giving face.
31:03It's difficult to make sure
31:06that you're showing the proper emotion
31:09while performing at a high level.
31:12I really feel their faces are a muscle
31:15the same way their bodies are a muscle.
31:18I didn't know how to smile or use their eyes
31:21so I feel like we have a bunch of baby deer.
31:24I get very exhausted, very tired.
31:27So since my stamina is so low,
31:30sometimes in class it might look like
31:33that I'm not there in the moment.
31:36I think it's just so much training
31:39my body sometimes can't take it.
31:42Megan, when she first came in,
31:45I was like, Megan, you are so boring.
31:48But she keeps evolving.
31:51She's talented, and on top of that, she's young.
31:54But I would never tell her that because, like, why?
31:57You need to be hyper-focused in your body
32:00just so that it doesn't look chaos.
32:03I have a longer torso than some of the other girls
32:06so it's definitely harder for me to move around.
32:09Uh-uh, you do it again. One, two, shh.
32:12It kills me because Nyesha's so,
32:15so, so talented.
32:18The struggle and the disconnect is the technique.
32:21I am a hip-hop dancer and I come from hip-hop.
32:24Those, like, small little details,
32:27they just, like...
32:30they're not there.
32:33And you never know what the executives are looking for
32:36and you never know what the public wants.
32:39I can clarify that.
32:48This is like a game.
32:51It's like adrenaline at 11 in the evening.
32:54We have this sheet that we have to fill up
32:57when we book practice space at the studio.
33:00We don't have a specific time that they release it.
33:03I'm just on guard for them to be like,
33:06do it right away, so that's what I did.
33:09It literally is like getting concert tickets
33:12because you want to get, like, the best seat in the house
33:15and then everybody else is fighting you for it.
33:18I don't do that because then I would have to come back
33:21and then, like, look at their eyes and, like, say sorry.
33:24What, what, what?
33:27Girl, girl!
33:30Wait, wait, wait.
33:33Where's my phone?
33:36OK, OK, OK. No, they're already filling it up.
33:39OK, Studio A, 1, 2, 3.
33:4211 to 12.
33:45No, Isrela got it already.
33:48OK, OK. Oh, my God.
33:51Sorry about that.
33:54You're not sorry.
33:57No, not a bit.
34:0030 to 330, Studio A.
34:03Adele put her name in before mine, so I wrote Adele.
34:06You erased my name.
34:09If anything, you erased mine.
34:12Adele, Adele, Isrela.
34:15I put my name down in that little, little square
34:18and suddenly I look, it says Isrela.
34:21That's my space, rightfully so.
34:24Also, I bought you a bow, but one time I knew you were supposed to teach me Korean for that
34:27No, I owe you a Korean lesson.
34:30I don't owe you my 30 minutes of Vocal A.
34:33Well, that wasn't a deal.
34:41Hi.
34:44How are you?
34:47I'm good, and you?
34:50Not good.
34:54I didn't expect you to say that.
34:57You know, I started three weeks ago.
35:00For America.
35:03But you're Korean.
35:06No, no, no, the training is just Korean. I'm 15.
35:09Vocal A.
35:12If I pull through, I'll be gone in two years.
35:18But, I mean, it's a pass.
35:21It's not a pass.
35:24For a week.
35:27You know, it's nice sometimes.
35:30Alone.
35:33Okay.
35:36Are you happy?
35:39Yes.
35:42It's something you want.
35:45Yes.
35:48For some reason, I panic.
35:51Even if it doesn't work.
35:54Because I'm so disappointed in myself.
35:57Do you think you'll make it?
36:00I think so.
36:03I hope so.
36:06I know you want it.
36:09It's foreseeable.
36:12If you can't do it anymore, you can come back.
36:15You're eating it, too.
36:18Good job.
36:21You said half of the onion?
36:24Should I take the skin off completely?
36:27Does anyone know which is which?
36:30What?
36:33We don't know.
36:36You should ask them what they want to do.
36:39That's what I'm saying.
36:42I'm just kidding.
36:45That's killing me.
36:48It's daunting.
36:51Because you do want to make it into the group.
36:54You have that initial feeling of insecurity.
36:57It's definitely intimidating.
37:00We never know who they're going to be.
37:03Or what their personality is going to be like.
37:06A new energy is being brought up into this family.
37:12All right.
37:23Push at it!
37:26Flip, flip!
37:29What?
37:32You must be so tired.
37:35I know.
37:38I'm so tired, oh my god.
37:40I'm literally so exhausted.
37:41Hi girl.
37:42Nice to meet you.
37:43Oh my god, I'm here.
37:44Nice to meet you.
37:45Oh my god, how is everyone doing?
37:48I'm so tired.
37:49I had to wait ages for like my luggage, but now I'm here.
37:54Amazing.
37:55Oh my god.
37:57Oh my god.
37:59I stalked you on Instagram.
38:01No, you didn't.
38:03Oh my god.
38:04Oh my god.
38:06I can't.
38:09You're so cute.
38:11Do you miss your friends at all?
38:13The schedule is too busy to miss.
38:16Anyone?
38:17Yeah.
38:18Why?
38:19Like sometimes you don't even get like a chance to talk to your family like for weeks.
38:24Wow.
38:25Like that's, I don't know, that's how it was with me.
38:29But doesn't that like get lonely a little sometimes?
38:32Yeah, it does, but girls make it better.
38:35I feel like you girls are like already such a family.
38:38Yes, we're a little family.
38:40It really is.
38:41That's so cute.
38:43Are there a lot of girls on a D level?
38:45Because I think I'm D in dancing for sure.
38:48Yes.
38:49I had some training in Switzerland, right?
38:50But I need so much more training.
38:53You're in level D, so you won't perform it for end of month, but you'll still work on it.
38:59Okay.
39:00Do you need, I need to get you heels?
39:02I've got some.
39:03Okay.
39:04Can you show me them before you leave?
39:06Yeah, absolutely.
39:08Is that how you do the girls wake up?
39:10I think a lot of them get up at like 6, 6, 15 because I think you guys are out the door at 7, 15.
39:16Oh my god.
39:17Yeah.
39:22Hi, I'm Emily.
39:24It's so nice to meet you.
39:25Nice to meet you.
39:26You're so sweet.
39:27How is the dog?
39:29How is the dog?
39:30The biggest thing is confidence.
39:32Believing in yourself, performing, because if you have that from the jump, that's like the star quality.
39:37You know what I mean?
39:38And then when you have the training, that's fine.
39:40You know, you could be the best dancer ever, but if you're dead in the face, nobody cares.
39:44Boom, boom.
39:47Good.
39:49So today is the end of month evaluation.
39:53Where are we at skill set wise?
39:56I do see the Bs competitive with each other.
39:59I think they push themselves.
40:00I think that that's also what separates some of the level B dancers and some of our level C dancers is,
40:07I know we went through a time where we were saying our lower levels are kind of,
40:12they're approaching this like summer camp, but that drive that only comes from within,
40:17it's hard to light that fire for someone if they don't light it for themselves.
40:24Okay, ladies, we're going to get started.
41:13A little bit of timing issues might be nerves.
41:15I don't know because I've never seen you have those issues before, but if it is nerves, we got to work on some things.
41:35There's lack of control, absolutely.
41:38So that's what's missing for me.
41:41Okay, good job though.
41:42Like I know that you're harder on yourself than we're harder on you,
41:46but I really need you to know that you have things that you have to accomplish.
41:53Okay.
42:13I think I've seen you do better.
42:17I appreciate the smile, but it felt a little forced.
42:23Yeah, I can tell you're not confident in your movements, and there's so many details that was missing.
42:30There's a lot of things.
42:33There's a lot of things.
42:35Let's focus on more details.
42:38Yeah, it was not there at all.
42:41And I do believe in you, so keep working hard.
42:46Okay, ladies, you can come back at 2.45.
42:53Today doesn't define the dancer you are.
42:55Yeah.
42:56Nor does the score that you get.
42:58The uncomfortable moments that they're talking about are this.
43:00So you need to learn from your moment right now.
43:03And this is the stuff that are going to make you a better dancer.
43:05Learn how to control it, you know, walk with it, because this is something that's going to make you grow.
43:16You're getting a lot of critiques all the time.
43:18It's definitely anxiety-inducing, because, you know, you just want to be perfect sometimes.
43:34I've been getting mixed feedback.
43:36I just felt like my confidence took another hit.
43:42Maybe these bumps on the road will help me in a new way that I don't even know about.
43:47Oh, my God, I have no heels.
43:49Nikki, I forgot my heels.
43:50Oh, no!
43:52I was disappointed.
43:55Felt like a bone, like, moved out of place.
43:58Today, I have to sit out because I have a hip injury.
44:02It is really frustrating when your body isn't allowing you to do what you love to do.
44:07This whole journey is very hard on everyone's bodies.
44:11So, yeah, sometimes you need to show that love to your body.
44:16Even though it sucks.
44:46I don't know what to say.
45:11I gave you the highest score I've given here.
45:14Great job.
45:15Emily, I think you need to go up to level A.
45:18You're the first trainee to go up to level A.
45:27I don't know what level A is and what it entails.
45:30I didn't think it was, like, something that could be reached.
45:36I just feel so honored that Sun believed in me.
45:40I think I'm just ready for what's about to happen.
45:46Okay, so the top is the overall rankings.
45:49And that is an average score of vocal, dance, natural charm, visual, and attitude.
45:56I put the girls in two groups, progressing and being stagnant.
46:01And I do have Adela, Emily, Megan all progressing, where I feel like Lexi, Nyesha, Ilya, Marquise stayed kind of stagnant.
46:11Lexi and Nyesha, they both definitely are talented and have, like, natural abilities.
46:16But there are corrections that their teachers have been giving them.
46:19And they haven't really corrected those things.
46:22With Nyesha, sometimes I feel like she's painting such a beautiful picture with her movement.
46:27And all we need for her to do is make a square.
46:29Can she execute this simple choreography in a clean way?
46:33And so that is a really major concern for me.
46:36What are your thoughts on Ilya?
46:38I think her skill set definitely, like, low in dance, very, very low.
46:44I think she has great work ethic.
46:46To me, personally, I would be really sad to see her go.
46:50I was impressed with Adela as well.
46:52Yeah.
46:53Her work ethic, it was amazing.
47:02Actually, I'll say Ilya.
47:06Mine's Ilya.
47:07Me too, that's a couple.
47:11Ilya is more like a vocalist, more TikToker rather than idol.
47:16Yeah, but she's gotten better.
47:18And her work ethic is great.
47:20Yeah.
47:21She has a star quality that is, like, God-given that I can't, I wouldn't let it go.
47:29Should we decide now?
47:38I'm happy keeping everyone for this month.
47:40We have another evaluation in three weeks.
47:42And they now know the scores and where they're ranking.
47:44I think then we're going to be better suited to make an opinion about who needs to go home.
47:48No eliminations for this round.
48:07Today is a really hard day for me because I went to the doctor and I fractured a part of my foot.
48:34And I won't be able to dance for six weeks.
48:42I don't even know how I, like, fractured it.
48:45It's just been hurting over time, like, as I've been dancing on it.
48:49Like, I'm just, like, scared.
48:51Because this is, like, my job.
48:55And, like, my life.
48:57I just feel like my boot is going to send me home because what I bring to the table has been taken away from me.
49:05Oh, my God.
49:06Oh, my God.
49:26Oh, my God.
49:27Oh, my God.
49:28Oh, my God.
49:29Oh, my God.
49:30Oh, my God.
49:31Oh, my God.
49:32Oh, my God.

49:45Oh, my God.
49:46Oh, my God.
49:47Oh, my God.
49:48Oh, my God.
49:49Oh, my God.
49:50Oh, my God.
49:51Oh, my God.
49:52Oh, my God.
49:53Oh, my God.
49:54Oh, my God.
49:55Oh, my God.
49:56Oh, my God.
49:57Oh, my God.
49:58Oh, my God.
49:59Oh, my God.
50:00Oh, my God.
50:01Oh, my God.
50:02Oh, my God.
50:03Oh, my God.
50:04Oh, my God.
50:05Oh, my God.
50:06Oh, my God.
50:07Oh, my God.
50:08Oh, my God.
50:09Oh, my God.
50:10Oh, my God.
50:11Oh, my God.
50:12Oh, my God.
50:13Oh, my God.
50:14Oh, my God.
50:15Oh, my God.
50:16Oh, my God.
50:17Oh, my God.
50:18Oh, my God.
50:19Oh, my God.
50:20Oh, my God.
50:21Oh, my God.
50:22Oh, my God.
50:23Oh, my God.
50:24Oh, my God.
50:25Oh, my God.
50:26Oh, my God.
50:27Oh, my God.
50:28Oh, my God.
50:29Oh, my God.
50:30Oh, my God.
50:31Oh, my God.
50:32Oh, my God.
50:33Oh, my God.
50:34Oh, my God.
50:35Oh, my God.
50:36Oh, my God.
50:37Oh, my God.
50:38Oh, my God.
50:39Oh, my God.
50:40Oh, my God.
50:41Oh, my God.
50:42Oh, my God.
50:43Oh, my God.
50:44Oh, my God.
50:45Oh, my God.
50:46Oh, my God.
50:47Oh, my God.
50:48Oh, my God.
50:49Oh, my God.
50:50Oh, my God.

50:53Oh, my God.
50:54Oh, my God.
50:55Oh, my God.
50:56Oh, my God.
50:57Oh, my God.
50:58Oh, my God.
50:59Oh, my God.
51:00Oh, my God.
51:01Oh, my God.
51:02Oh, my God.
51:03Oh, my God.
51:04Oh, my God.
51:05Oh, my God.
51:06Oh, my God.
51:07Oh, my God.
51:08Oh, my God.
51:09Oh, my God.
51:10Oh, my God.
51:11Oh, my God.
