00:00All right, thanks, Andy. More breaking news this time from the Trump rally going on right now in Johnstown. This is a live look at the First Summit arena. Moments ago, someone in that crowd was arrested. KDK's Mamie Bao was there when it happened.
00:13Mamie, what did you see and what are people there saying now?
00:16Well, really, really just a lot of chaos. We were all just trying to figure out what was going on. It appears that this man tried jumping onto the media staging area. It's unclear what he tried to do. Take a look at your screen.
00:29But let me tell you this, Secret Service agents jumped into action along with local police. You can tell that security is heightened at this event following what happened in Butler. So a lot was going on here as we all just tried to figure out what was happening.
00:42Now let's get into some of the things former President Donald Trump talked about. When he came out, he was met with cheers and applause along with chants of USA, USA. You heard them not long ago just behind me.
00:56Now, the president did talk about the incident at Arlington National Cemetery involving one of his staffers when a photo was taken in a prohibited area. He talked about the joint interview with Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. He took personal digs and questioned why Harris didn't do the interview solo. He talked about immigration and fracking along with other topics. He's confident that he'll win the state in November.
01:21I think we have a chance to make America greater than ever before. And remember this, if we don't do it this time, you're never going to have another crack at it. November 5th is the single most important day in the history of our country. I believe that with all my heart.
01:40Joe Biden won the state in 2020. In 2016, Trump won the state when he was going up against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Now, it was a close race both times, and political experts predict it'll be no different. It'll be the same thing this time, and that's why you have both candidates fiercely coming here to speak with their supporters to make sure that they head to the polls in November.
02:03Now, we'll continue to listen to the President as he continues to speak, and we'll bring you a full wrap-up at 10 and 11 tonight, so be sure to tune in. Reporting live in Johnstown, Amy Barr, KDKA-CB News.
