00:00If you don't have a bank account, but you use the Unified Interface Payment System i.e.
00:08UPI, then you will be free of tension.
00:11Even if you don't have a bank account, you can make payments through UPI.
00:15How?
00:16Has any new feature been launched?
00:17We will try to find out in this video.
00:18So, in fact, RBI has now provided many facilities in UPI Circle Feature for UPI users.
00:27UPI Circle Feature is a National Payment Corporation of India, i.e. launched by NPCI, and RBI
00:32has recently announced this feature.
00:33With this new feature, people will get a lot of relief, who believe in sharing is caring.
00:39Because even today, there are many people in the house whose head of the family has
00:43a bank account, but the elderly, children and women living in the house do not have a bank
00:48account.
00:49In this case, all these people are dependent on others for payment.
00:52This is why UPI Circle Feature has been launched to help such people.
00:56Now let's understand what is UPI Circle Feature?
01:00In fact, UPI Circle Feature has been presented to those people who pay cash for their daily
01:05needs.
01:06For such people, UPI Circle will prove to be useful, any UPI user will be able to choose
01:11a secondary user for his digital payment, on whom he trusts.
01:16With this feature, the primary user will be able to pay the secondary user.
01:22UPI Circle is a Delegate Payment Feature, which provides the primary feature with the
01:26payment link.
01:27With the help of this, a partial or full payment can be made, i.e. the parents can share their
01:33UPI account with their children.
01:36Now let's know how this will work.
01:39There are two types of users, Primary and Secondary.
01:43The primary user has his own account, in which he can join the secondary user.
01:48Along with this, he can set some limits.
01:50In this, the secondary user can be given full payment access.
01:53At the same time, the secondary user can also be provided with some limited payment option
01:57facilities.
01:58That is, a limit can be set to pay on secondary users.
02:01Now let's understand this from your example.
02:04Suppose the father of the house has a primary account, it is his own account, and he wants
02:09to share it with his children, or his children will be secondary users in it.
02:14He wants his children to be able to make as much payment as possible, then he can give
02:18full access.
02:19But if he wants to pay a limited amount, then he can also set some limits.
02:28Now apart from this, there are two types of delegations in this feature.
02:31The first is full and the second is partial delegation.
02:34Full delegation means that the secondary user does not need the permission of the primary
02:39account holder for every payment up to one limit.
02:43For example, if the children want to make any payment, then they can make a payment
02:47without the permission of their father, who is their primary user.
02:51But in the same partial delegation, the secondary user will be able to send a payment request.
02:55This payment will not be completed until the primary account holder approves the payment.
03:00At the same time, a UPI pin is also required for the transaction.
03:03Let's understand this again with an example.
03:06Suppose the children are making any payment, but they are in the partial delegation.
03:10Then they will have to send a request to their father, who is the primary account holder.
03:14He will approve it then.
03:16After that, the payment will be made somewhere.
03:19So how did you like this UPI circle feature of RBI?
