00:15handed this down to to teach. Yeah you have to either do this, you have to do it
00:22or you don't do it, it's like anything. In martial arts you get back what you put
00:26into it and that's the same thing with music. When we're on stage we go all out
00:29and when I do the martial arts I go all out. If you're not going to go all out
00:33you're not going to get anything. You know you're either into it or you're not
00:38into it. If you are you'll get results. Dedication, that's all I got to say.
