苗栗縣頭份市65歲鄧姓市民8月31日中午11點多開車行經苗栗縣頭份市中華路時，疑似未注意車前路況，從中華路直接左轉興隆路，與對向、沿著中華路執行的一名外送員騎乘的機車發生碰撞，55歲李姓外送員也因左腳開放性骨折送醫。
