What Oasis fans in Manchester think about Liam and Noel Gallagher's reunion

Oasis are back. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, it's just about the biggest news going right now.   We went out and about in Manchester to see what people think about Liam and Noel Gallagher patching things up in the name of a huge reunion tour.

00:09I think it definitely will be a success because they have so many fans.

00:13Everyone knows all the lyrics and stuff so I think it would just be really fun.

00:17Even if you're a mild fan, if you saw them live,

00:21everyone in the arena would just be singing along to every single song.

00:25It would be like Spice Girls.

00:28Yeah, it would be an amazing atmosphere.

00:30And also their fans, when they were popular, they're still alive.

00:34It's still playing on radios and stuff so they'll still have a huge fan base.

00:42I wonder how long it will last though, the reunion.

00:47I think it's brilliant.

00:48I think it's great that they've finally patched things up and got back together.

01:04So often these reunions are all about just the money,

01:07but I don't know, I think they have got something to prove.

01:13I mean, nobody really thought it would happen, was it?

01:16It's a weird feeling because I never thought I'd see them in my lifetime.

01:20I've seen Liam quite a bit. I went to Nebworth two years ago.

01:25They're going to be expensive, of course they are.

01:28I'm definitely going to try and get Manchester ones,

01:31but if I can get a cheaper one then I think I might go for that.

01:34I was 18 in the 90s, so it's kind of my era.

01:39So I don't mind Oasis, I quite like them.

01:41I think it was good, it's bound to happen.

01:44There's a lot of commercialism around it.

01:48We've just been to Dublin recently to see ACDC

01:52and then we looked at the same hotel

01:55and the price has gone up considerably in the same area for an Oasis of Air.
