00:29That's why, Kapuso, the orange rainfall warning in Quezon Province is now in effect.

00:35According to the forecast, the flooding in the middle of the rainy season is serious.

00:39Laguna, Rizal, and Batangas were also alerted to the yellow rainfall warning.

00:43The orange and yellow rainfall warning will last until 8 o'clock this morning.

00:48Because of Bagyong Enteng, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is now in effect

01:41The center of the storm was overcast in the coastal waters of Vinzones, Camarines Norte.

01:46It has a strength of up to 75 kilometers per hour.

01:51It has a strength of up to 90 kilometers per hour.

01:53It moves in the direction of west-northwest at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.
