00:00A large part of Felix Avenue in Quinta Rizal was flooded until this evening.
00:05Trucks were deployed to the LGU but there were still a lot of commuters who rushed to get home.

00:19Around 90% of Barangay Santo Domingo in Quinta Rizal was flooded due to the storm Enteng.
00:26According to the barangay's captain, Captain Janice Taksagon,
00:30the flood reached several subdivisions here.
00:39It was 5 p.m. earlier but the situation in Barangay Santo Domingo in Quinta Rizal is still the same.
00:45A lot of people had a hard time getting home.
00:47A lot of people from work were driving the local government truck to get home.
00:52A lot of people were walking on Felix Avenue to get home.
00:55The water was deep.
00:57The problem was that we had no food to eat.
00:59The water reached up to Bewang.
01:01Several subdivisions were also flooded.
01:03We are now driving the rescue truck of Barangay Santo Domingo in Quinta Rizal.
01:08We are now circling the Ville East subdivision where the flood reached since 10 a.m.
01:17It was 6 p.m. last night.
01:20The flood reached Bewang and the water was deep.
01:26A lot of residents did not know that the water was so deep that they could only buy food.
01:31Some were driving boats and make-shift trucks.
01:35We bought food at the junction.
01:37We have no food stock at home.
01:39I was looking at my motorcycle outside.
01:41I don't know. Maybe the flood swallowed it.
01:43Aside from the houses, there were also cars that were submerged in the flood.
01:46Almost 90% of the houses were submerged in the flood in Barangay Santo Domingo.
01:51Some perimeter fences in Quinta Rizal were also flooded.
01:55The flood water entered the area of Quinta Rizal quickly.
02:00There was one in Ville East and one in Barangay San Isidro.
02:08There are currently three evacuation centers in Barangay Santo Domingo
02:12where 17 families are currently staying.
