00:04Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals have been added to the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals.

00:09Signal No. 2 is high in Ilocos Norte,

00:13northern portion of Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Abra,

00:17Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Cagayan,

00:20Babuyan Islands, Isabela, northern portions of Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora.

00:27Signal No. 1 is high in Batanes,

00:30southern portion of Ilocos Sur, La Union, northeastern portion of Pangasinan,

00:35Benguet, northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya,

00:38Quirino, central portion of Aurora, and northeastern portion of Nueva Ecija.

00:44According to the forecast, the center of the storm is in Rizal, Calinga.

00:49It is moving north-northwestward at a speed of 15 km per hour,

00:55with a strong wind of 85 km per hour and a storm that will reach 105 km per hour.

01:03Based on the forecast track,

01:04the Philippine Area of Responsibility is possible to leave the area on Wednesday morning.

01:16The fire that is burning in MV Camila,

01:19which is located near Navotas Centennial Park,

01:21was rescued by 18 boatmen, two of whom were injured.

01:25Two boats were also washed ashore due to the strong wind and waves that destroyed some parts of the shore.

01:32A residential area in Scout Limbaga, Quezon City, was burned to the ground.

01:38One was killed.

01:39Two firefighters were injured when responding to the fire.

01:42The fire is still being investigated.
