00:14Rafi, we experienced a lot of storms and strong winds in a large part of Cagayan, Bonsudnan.

00:20One hundred individuals were evacuated from the towns of Santa Ana, Claveria, Baggao, and Maguing in the town of Gataran.

00:28But this morning, Rafi, the evacuees were allowed to return home since the weather is already good province-wide.

00:35Actually, the PDRRMO is monitoring the weather conditions in a large part of Cagayan.
