00:17But since yesterday, the water level has started to drop.
00:21Here in Barangay Triangulo, there is a part that still has a water level of 20.
00:24Residents said that they are already paying a high price
00:27because of the heavy rain, the water level reached up to Bewang.
00:31It's hard for some people to go to work.
00:33Some are using boats, while others are being forced to go.

00:52According to the local government,
00:54they are the only barangay that experienced this kind of heavy flooding in the past three decades.
00:58The heavy rain was accompanied by high tide.
01:01According to the local government, the rain that was poured in 12 hours

01:09Meanwhile, Connie, we have been experiencing heavy and low rainfall here in Naga City.
01:15That's the latest. Back to you, Connie.
01:17Yes, James, are there still people in evacuation centers now?

01:28According to the local disaster risk reduction and management office,
01:31we asked before we came here.
01:33But later, we will go around those barangays.
01:35But most of the evacuees here in Naga City,
01:39they are still with their families.
01:41Others, because of the flood,
01:44they had to be evacuated by the LGU the other day.
