Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memastikan seluruh perusahaan tercatat telah melalui prosedur evaluasi dan memenuhi pencatatan dari Bursa.

Hal ini diungkapkan Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan BEI, I Gede Nyoman Yetna buntut kabar diberhentikannya lima karyawan yang diduga terlibat dalam praktik gratifikasi dalam proses penawaran umum perdana (IPO).

01:09Regarding the gratification cases, previously five IDEX employees were suspected of receiving gratification to issue emittents to the stock market.

01:24The five employees are also suspected of receiving money as a compensation to complete the process of receiving emittent candidates in order to get a listing in the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
01:33Meanwhile, related to the implementation of the IPO, the Indonesian Stock Exchange data shows that throughout the period from January to June, or Semester 1, 2024, there are already 25 companies that recorded a share of funds through the IPO scheme.
01:45With this implementation, the total emittent in the BNI reached 927 companies.
01:50From the fund allocation side, the new 25 emittent IPO received a fresh fund of up to 3.95 trillion rupiah.
01:57If compared to the full implementation in 2023, the number of new emittents in the first half of 2024 is equal to 31.65% of the total number of IPO emittents in 2023 which reached 79 companies.
02:11Meanwhile, the value of the fund allocation from the IPO is only 7.29% of the total emittence in 2023 which is worth 54.14 trillion rupiah.
