00:00The two of the three inmates who escaped from the Taytay Rizal Custodial Facility were caught red-handed.

00:05The police who were on duty in Pumuga, Pilanggo, were also removed from their positions.

00:10This is what Isaiah Vera Fuentes reported.

00:15The three persons under Police Custody, or PUPC, escaped from the Taytay Rizal Custodial Facility.

00:22This was after the three inmates helped to lift the jailer yesterday early in the morning.

00:30The three were able to escape with their companions inside the jail that served as a lookout.

00:36The two inmates were put back in jail after being caught by the police while looking for another escapee.

00:52One of them was charged with violating Section 11 of RA-9165 and the other with violating Section 5 and 11 of RA-9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.

01:11The other was charged with violating RA-10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

01:19According to the police, the family of the other escapee is helping to look for the other escapee.

01:26To the relatives and acquaintances of the other escapee,

01:32if something happens, please let our police know as soon as possible where they are located so that we can catch them.

01:41PTV News tried to contact the two escapees, but the media did not allow them to enter the custodial facility.

01:49This is against the order of human rights.

01:52But it is noteworthy that the Taytay Rizal Custodial Facility is like a big covered court,

01:59made of a sticky, moving iron wall.

02:03And the other part is just paved with tiles.

02:06There are CCTVs installed in the area.

02:09But it seems that it is not impossible for the police to find them based on the design of the prison.

02:15The police were immediately relieved from their positions on duty when the escapees were able to escape.

02:20And it is also possible for them to face administrative charges and criminal charges.

02:25The Taytay Police will give P10,000 for anyone who can teach the other escapee how to escape.
