00:00This pop-up store actually marks Haiti's first brand collaboration in the UK.
00:06We are very excited to partner with Royal Ballet and Opera,
00:11and for the duration of their new show, the Manhattan Tea Party,
00:16we will have this pop-up running and serve our signature drinks to the guests and to the audience.
00:21So we have this limited edition drink at the pop-up store called Midnight Tea Party.
00:27It's actually inspired by the Manhattan Tea Party, so it features three layers.
00:33The first layer is our original cheese foam topping, but with a chocolate-flavored twist.
00:39The second layer is our signature red blossom tea,
00:43and then the third layer at the bottom is our freshly made brown sugar bobo.
00:47So the bobo is actually tapioca pearls cooked in brown sugar syrup.
00:53We freshly made it in the morning, and once we run out, we will prepare it again.
00:59So everything is fresh-made.
01:01Except for the limited edition drink, we also serve our four top-selling drinks here.
01:08They are Cheese Squid Boom, Coconut Mango Boom, Cheese Green Tea, and the Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea.
01:17My favorite is Coconut Mango Boom. It's also our top-selling drink in the UK.
01:23So it's not like a usual tea. We are not a bubble tea brand.
01:28We call ourselves a new Asian tea brand.
01:31So our tea, let's say the Coconut Mango Boom,
01:35we use green tea, the mango juice, coconut milk, and we blend them together.
01:42And we have real mango fruit in the bottom. We have jellies.
01:47So all the fruit, we use real fruit, and we don't use any artificial ingredients.
01:53It's like something you need to taste to know, like, oh, wow, this exists.
