00:35Terry was 19-0 to start his pro career, got to as high as 24-2 before some of these losses
00:43started to pile up for him.
00:45Yeah, and as we discussed earlier, you know, sometimes you'll see a guy who gets into that
00:50position, he looks like something, then he gets a loss that's unexpected and they rush
00:55him in too quickly for another one and the next thing you know, you've had three or four
00:57losses and you start to think differently about yourself.
01:04This is right now, they're just sort of feeling each other out.
01:08See Terry's been around a long time, he's not in a rush.
01:11Tawheed, he started boxing at 9, he told me, just him and his family, they just love boxing.
01:16They watched it, father, right into it, Tawheed, who's turning southpaw now back to orthodox.
01:29Tawheed lands a jab to the body.
01:34It's always a dangerous thing if you try to switch back and forth because you're being
01:36caught in the middle, which sometimes happens, you can be defenseless.
01:41And like we said, Terry's a veteran in there.
01:45He's had over 100 amateur fights, this is now his 60th professional fight, so he's seen
01:51it all in there.
01:53Yeah, 160 fights, that's lots of experience.
01:58Tawheed had about 75 amateur fights.

02:19Like we said, Terry's looking towards the future, he's starting to become a truck driver.

03:45But you see a lot of these young guys, they just don't do it, whether it's too much work
03:50to do it, or they're always looking to land a bomb.
03:54And Twady's got a world veteran trainer, Don Saxby, he's had world champions.

04:06As this fight progresses, it's going to be interesting to see, at one point, the younger
04:17guy decides, okay, I'm going to open it up.

06:32Yeah, any time you can fight a guy, like we said, now 60 pro fights, 100 amateur fights,

06:41And a guy like Tary's had some success.
06:46So he's a guy, he knows his way around the ring.
06:56Tary started boxing at the age of five years old, so he's been at this 30 years plus.
07:01It's amazing when you really think about it.
07:03That's a long time to be in there.
07:05A lot of times getting hit in the gym and fights.
07:15Tary having a good round two, good left from Twady, that may have hurt Tary a little bit.
07:19But you can see, there's a good example where he knew, he did get hurt a little bit, he
07:25knew immediately what to do, tie him up, make sure there's no second shot.

07:49Twady landed that right hand again, he's landed that now a number of times.
08:01His defense is actually pretty good.
08:05So far a very competitive matchup through two rounds.

08:25These are the learning processes that you have to go through if you're going to advance.

16:45against a guy who knows what he's doing,
16:47but maybe isn't quite strong enough to hurt him.
16:49So you get the best of both worlds.

17:55And then they start making mistakes.
17:57It's more about a learning experience.

18:37shut out on everyone's card
18:39in the building except that the fighter

18:51He's really not fighting this round
18:53after having had a really good round.
18:55There's a fine line
18:57and there's a couple of fighters we can get into

19:09He's got like 5 or 6 split
19:11and majority decisions on his ledger.

19:15if a guy like that who's got

19:31they're human beings. They know
19:33what the records are.

19:39younger fighter, the guy with the better record.
