03:08was going to implement, they needed to buy time so that the Nazi regime, which continued

03:13to strangle everything Russian, could pump up weapons for a war against Russia.

03:18To protect the rights of these people, to protect history, the heritage of their ancestors,

03:23their language, their religion and culture.

03:26We were forced to recognize the DPR and LPR and stand up for them in accordance with their

03:31request.

03:33In accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, but until that moment, we were ready to negotiate,

03:40we supported the negotiations that in February 2014 led to the signing of agreements between

03:47Yanukovych and the opposition.

03:49These were also agreements that the opposition broke the next morning and staged a bloody

03:56coup d'etat.

03:58If those agreements had been fulfilled, Ukraine would now be within the 1991 borders that

04:04Zelensky dreams of.

04:08Crimea would also be within these borders if there had not been a coup d'etat, if a

04:11year later, in February 2015, the Ukrainian leadership and France and Germany that supported

04:20it had fulfilled the Minsk agreements.

04:24Then Ukraine would again be within the 1991 borders, but for obvious reasons without Crimea,

04:32If in April 2022 Ukraine had fulfilled what we agreed on in Istanbul, and if it had not

04:38listened to Boris Johnson, who forbade it to do so, then Ukraine would now also be within

04:45the 1991 borders.

04:47But minus Crimea and minus a significant part of Donbass, each time, the Ukrainians have

04:55proven their complete inability to negotiate, each time, the West has proven that it needs

05:00Ukraine only in order, as they believe, to hurt Russia, to irritate Russia and to fight

05:06against Russia.

05:09Therefore, the West does not need all these agreements.

05:15Each time, when the agreed documents were sabotaged, Ukraine lost more and more.

05:24And our president touched on the topic of possible negotiations a year and a half ago,

05:28he said that we are not against negotiations, it was a long time ago, I think it was six

05:33months after the start of the special military operation, that he said that we are not against

05:38negotiations, but those who are against negotiations should understand that the longer they drag

05:43it out, the harder it will be to reach an agreement, in Istanbul, less than a month

05:47after the start of our special military operation, compared to what we see now, it was very easy

05:53to reach an agreement with us, they did not want this because, as they believed, they

05:57had not fully achieved their goal to constantly weaken Russia.

06:01So, I am sure that there is nothing to even talk about the Kursk region, about everything

06:09else.

06:10Our president said on June 14, speaking at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that we are

06:16ready to resolve the situation based on realities, realities on the ground.

06:23The Russian constitution clearly states that in addition to Crimea, we now have four new

06:31subjects of the Federation, the DPR, the LPR, Zaporozhye and the Kursk region, and of course,

06:38with all this, there can be no talk of Ukraine joining NATO.

06:46This is not just some red line, this is impossible, and those who are trying to impose something

06:51on us, like, let's leave Ukraine, what it has now, let's take these remnants into NATO,

06:57and everything will be fine, well, this is what dreamers and provocateurs say.

07:04Therefore, our position is clear, that is, if these conditions are met, a return to the

07:09topic of negotiations is possible in principle, now we do not talk about any negotiations

07:14when someone asks us these questions.

07:20Our president has repeatedly said that those who make some statements, they hint that Russia

07:27is allegedly pushing away negotiations, and Ukraine is ready for them.

07:32Putin has said many times, at least tell your Zelensky when he is in his right mind.

07:46negotiations, in the last speech of the same Borel.
