00:00You mentioned the Kursk region, I can't help but ask a question on the agenda.
00:07You recently said that Zelensky would never have decided to invade the Kursk region without
00:12an order from the United States.
00:14What is the West trying to achieve with such actions, as well as pumping Ukraine with new
00:18weapons and mercenaries?
00:20And also, there are reports in the press about the supposed replacement of Zelensky.
00:24If this happens, will negotiations with Kiev be possible?
00:27As for what was the goal of those who organized the provocation in the Kursk region, the invasion
00:35of Nazi units with a large number of mercenaries, and maybe not mercenaries, but career military
00:41personnel, foreign speech was already recorded there.
00:47It is difficult for me to judge what the plan was in this situation, because our Western
00:53colleagues have very sophisticated brains.
00:56They sometimes turn everything in their own way.
01:01Then nothing good comes of it.
01:04What was their plan for invading Afghanistan?
01:07Destroy the terrorists.
01:08How did it end?
01:09It ended in failure and a shameful flight.
01:11What was their plan for invading Iraq?
01:13To destroy weapons of mass destruction?
01:15It turned out that it was not there.
01:18By the way, the Iraqi leadership and the Iraqi parliament have been asking the Americans
01:23to withdraw the rest of their armed contingents for several years now.
01:27But the United States, as a country that respects the sovereignty of independent UN member states,
01:35does not want to leave, in the end, the Iranians will still ask them to leave, or Libya, the
01:40Westerners destroyed a state that was the most prosperous country in the region in socio-economic
01:47terms.
01:48This is almost free gasoline, free education, including abroad.
01:52What has happened to Libya now, therefore?
01:55What goal they set and what their plan was?
01:57It is very difficult for me to say.
02:00But now political scientists are discussing it.
02:03And even Zelensky says that sometimes he makes Freudian confessions, he said that they would
02:10need it for subsequent exchanges, that he would gather prisoners and seize square kilometers.
02:18This is quite simple-minded and naive.
02:21We do not discuss our territory with anyone.
02:25We do not negotiate about our territory.
02:30We were ready to negotiate to stop the criminal actions that the Kiev regime took after the
02:36coup.
02:37It began to bomb its own cities.
02:42Because the residents of these cities refused to recognize the result of the coup.
02:48The residents of these cities rebelled against a decision of the militants, who came to power
02:52to ban the Russian language in all spheres of life.
02:56They were declared terrorists.
02:58In order to stop this, we were ready to negotiate, we conducted these negotiations, they ended
03:04with the Minsk agreements, which, as you know, this has now been publicly announced, no one
03:08was going to implement, they needed to buy time so that the Nazi regime, which continued
03:13to strangle everything Russian, could pump up weapons for a war against Russia.
03:18To protect the rights of these people, to protect history, the heritage of their ancestors,
03:23their language, their religion and culture.
03:26We were forced to recognize the DPR and LPR and stand up for them in accordance with their
03:31request.
03:33In accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, but until that moment, we were ready to negotiate,
03:40we supported the negotiations that in February 2014 led to the signing of agreements between
03:47Yanukovych and the opposition.
03:49These were also agreements that the opposition broke the next morning and staged a bloody
03:56coup d'etat.
03:58If those agreements had been fulfilled, Ukraine would now be within the 1991 borders that
04:04Zelensky dreams of.
04:08Crimea would also be within these borders if there had not been a coup d'etat, if a
04:11year later, in February 2015, the Ukrainian leadership and France and Germany that supported
04:20it had fulfilled the Minsk agreements.
04:24Then Ukraine would again be within the 1991 borders, but for obvious reasons without Crimea,
04:32If in April 2022 Ukraine had fulfilled what we agreed on in Istanbul, and if it had not
04:38listened to Boris Johnson, who forbade it to do so, then Ukraine would now also be within
04:45the 1991 borders.
04:47But minus Crimea and minus a significant part of Donbass, each time, the Ukrainians have
04:55proven their complete inability to negotiate, each time, the West has proven that it needs
05:00Ukraine only in order, as they believe, to hurt Russia, to irritate Russia and to fight
05:06against Russia.
05:09Therefore, the West does not need all these agreements.
05:15Each time, when the agreed documents were sabotaged, Ukraine lost more and more.
05:24And our president touched on the topic of possible negotiations a year and a half ago,
05:28he said that we are not against negotiations, it was a long time ago, I think it was six
05:33months after the start of the special military operation, that he said that we are not against
05:38negotiations, but those who are against negotiations should understand that the longer they drag
05:43it out, the harder it will be to reach an agreement, in Istanbul, less than a month
05:47after the start of our special military operation, compared to what we see now, it was very easy
05:53to reach an agreement with us, they did not want this because, as they believed, they
05:57had not fully achieved their goal to constantly weaken Russia.
06:01So, I am sure that there is nothing to even talk about the Kursk region, about everything
06:09else.
06:10Our president said on June 14, speaking at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that we are
06:16ready to resolve the situation based on realities, realities on the ground.
06:23The Russian constitution clearly states that in addition to Crimea, we now have four new
06:31subjects of the Federation, the DPR, the LPR, Zaporozhye and the Kursk region, and of course,
06:38with all this, there can be no talk of Ukraine joining NATO.
06:46This is not just some red line, this is impossible, and those who are trying to impose something
06:51on us, like, let's leave Ukraine, what it has now, let's take these remnants into NATO,
06:57and everything will be fine, well, this is what dreamers and provocateurs say.
07:04Therefore, our position is clear, that is, if these conditions are met, a return to the
07:09topic of negotiations is possible in principle, now we do not talk about any negotiations
07:14when someone asks us these questions.
07:17We are already tired of repeating ourselves.
07:20Our president has repeatedly said that those who make some statements, they hint that Russia
07:27is allegedly pushing away negotiations, and Ukraine is ready for them.
07:32Putin has said many times, at least tell your Zelensky when he is in his right mind.
07:39If such situations happen on some day of the week, so that he cancels his decree prohibiting
07:46negotiations, in the last speech of the same Borel.
07:49When the ministerial meeting of the European Union was held the other day, he again said
07:53that there is no other alternative for negotiations except the Zelensky formula, well, listen,
07:58I thought that they had at least some education, that they had at least some understanding
08:05of how to conduct policy based on reality.
08:09This is a dead end, it is clear that Borel probably now wants to go down in history as
08:15the main Russophobe in Europe.
08:19He is leaving his posts, but either this is amateurism, or it is simply madness that has
08:31replaced the minds of diplomats and politicians in the West.
