PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) mengakuisisi PT Enggang Alam Sawita senilai Rp105,14 miliar. Perjanjian akuisisi saham ditandatangani kedua pihak pada 30 Agustus 2024. Usai aksi akuisisi Bayan Resources memberikan pinjaman Rp159,26 miliar kepada perusahaan perkebunan tersebut.
