00:00As a black creative yourself, who's also ushering in the next generation of black creatives,
00:05what is one message that you would want to give someone aspiring just to take over and disrupt this industry?
00:12It's a great question. I mean, listen, right now it's actually about the alignment of my company, right?
00:19I mean, the star of myself, I feel like has gotten bright. I've done an amazing job to date.
00:25But if my company can be a part of the progression for the new, the bridge to global eyesight and opportunity,
00:31that's a big piece of conversation that I want to be attached to. So my one piece of information, not advice,
00:38because I think people have to discover their own journey and information is key.
00:42It would be all things are great when trying, running away from things or not taking the first step towards things,
00:50sometimes prevent any and everything from happening. So I'm a firm believer in the attempt is bigger than the conversation.
00:57Have the action and not just the dialogue.
