Johor cops nab man who filmed kids on school bus
Police have arrested a local man for uploading videos of students on a school bus under the TikTok account "Abang Bas".
Johor police chief Comm M. Kumar said the 24-year-old suspect was detained by Kluang police in Simpang Renggam at 2.57am on Friday (Sept 6).

00:54to come forward to assist the investigation.
00:57A user on X had shared several screenshots of the TikTok posts belonging to the school
01:02bus driver who referred to children on the bus as his crush and kesayangan.
01:08In response, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Sri Nancy Shukri instructed
01:14an officer from the Child Development Department to lodge a police report over the videos.
01:20She said such behaviour was not accepted and should not be normalised.
01:24She added that under the Child Act, sharing photos or videos of a child without the parent's
01:28permission is a violation of the child's rights and privacy.
