00:00A political analyst said that freedom of speech is part of the guarantee of our Constitution but it still has limitations.
00:10From the point of view of Rise and Shine Philippines, Prof. Antonio Contreras pointed out that many are abusing their opinion,
00:21especially when the court said that it is not absolute.
00:26Contreras reminded that we should still be careful in expressing our feelings, especially if what they are spreading is not evidence.
00:36He explained that it can be dangerous not only for us but also for the state itself.
