00:05A long time ago, back when I was at Saturday Night Live,
00:08I met a guy who was hired as a writer the same week I was hired.
00:12He wrote a bunch of sketches for me and eventually became the head writer of SNL.
00:17And over the years, he became one of my closest friends.
00:21And then one day, I got this email.
00:24Hey, Will. Something I need you to know.
00:27I'll be transitioning to live as a woman.
00:33I don't doubt that Will is my friend, but I'm not Andrew Steele anymore.
