Fundraiser Blind Dave talks about his next big challenge which involves a 1000km bike ride!

00:00Watcha, it's Blind Dave and once again team Blind Dave is taking on another

00:05cycling challenge. This time it is taking on the Western Front Way. We are cycling

00:11from Bonneville in Switzerland, across the French border, through France, through

00:17Belgium, to Newport and then we've got a little addition from Newport down onto

00:23the beaches of Dunkirk and so totally over seven days we are hoping to ride

00:291100k, supporting the Albion Foundation. As it's the 80th anniversary of the D-Day

00:36landings, I've tried to suggest we raise, if we can, £80,000. But team Blind Dave

00:43will be kicking off on the 21st of September, hopefully finishing on the 28th

00:48of September, raising a few bob, more importantly creating a lot of awareness.

00:53It's going to be a physical challenge but it's also going to be an emotional

00:57challenge and if anybody is keen and wouldn't mind throwing the odd penny or
