00:13So for now, we see no reason for that, considering that even if she gets bailed, she will not
00:22get her purpose, considering that she still has other warrant of arrest.
00:27This means Gua will remain under the custody of the police and will not be brought immediately
00:31to the Senate.
00:32Gua's lawyer, Nicole Hamila, says Gua felt safe in police custody.
00:38After being deported from Indonesia early Friday, September 6, Gua was detained at the
00:42PNP Custodial Center and later escorted by police to Tarlac.
00:47Senate panel chief Risa Honteveros, meantime, says of the handling of Gua, what happened
00:51was irregular.
00:53She says she will get to the bottom of who's orchestrating the circus.
