00:00Two dogs and a calf were found in Trinidad, Benguet.

00:07When a concerned citizen took them,

00:09they found a white dog tied up.

00:13Next to it was another black dog, which was dead and was still being fed.

00:20It was not long before the next incident happened,

00:23but the white dog was also tied up.

00:25Dogs are often tied up in places to be used as cages.

00:30It was reported to the authorities.

00:32It was followed by an animal group

00:34that decided to file a complaint against the animals.
