Transcript
00:00We're joined by Maryvale A-Reserve coach Georgia Martin. Georgia, how are you feeling after
00:04that Premiership win? Yeah, I really want to swear right now. It's really, really, really
00:08good. Amazing. I feel I've played such a good game. I couldn't have asked for a better fight.
00:13So this is my first coach Premiership, so it's amazing. I can't believe it.
00:20And that was considered an upset, that was Nirendra's first loss. Did you have belief
00:23going into it that you could get the job done?
00:25Absolutely. I think that, yeah, Grand Finals are all mentality and we really come in there
00:30with the mentality that we wanted this and we wanted to try it and we wanted to get it
00:34done. So the girls believed in it, we just fought, got on the tiki train and we got it done.
00:40And what did you do well today? Was there anything in particular that your girls did out there?
00:43All the one percenters. They went for every single ball and didn't give up. That's one
00:47thing I've been really hounding over the season and, yeah, they just fought and fought and
00:51fought and fought and didn't give up. So that's all I can ask and we got it done.
00:56And Luka Cassidy topped off a pretty good year.
00:58Oh, she's cleaned up the silverware this year. Best and fairest league. She'll probably win
01:02our club best and fairest and best on court Premiership. Can't ask for a better trio.
01:08Sounds good. Well, go enjoy it.
01:09Thank you very much.
