00:00Always a blessing, you know, you're very fortunate to have, again, this is the
00:06character of men in the room and just being blessed to be a part of an
00:09organization like the Jets and, you know, it's a blessing.
00:30To be honest, he's one of those gold-jacket guys, so that's the most important thing, so anything he tells you as far as, like, constructive criticism, you're writing it down, thinking about it.
00:39I think Aaron Rodgers, he has a crazy arm talent, you know, he was the innovator of the no-look pass and coming out of the D-gap on Instagram, all things like that.
00:51I feel like our best days are ahead of us as an organization, as young guys, and we're trying to change the culture and, you know, awards are cool and all,
00:59but we want to start winning games, you know, we want to start winning games here soon, and, you know, obviously it's awesome to get recognized for the work you put in on the field,
01:07but, you know, like I said, you know, it's going to turn in the wheels at some point.
01:13Thus far, I would describe it as, I'm going to say a roller coaster, I'm going to say a roller coaster, but the biggest thing was this year, the change from this year to last year was just me buying in.
01:29Absolutely, I think that's why, you know, Aaron Rodgers still does it, he's a very highly competitive person as well, you know, and I know, you know, he wanted to succeed in how the Jets were set up last year,
01:49and it was very, very, very unfortunate how the season began and turned out, because they were going to be a formidable team in the AFC.
