The U.S. justice has decided on Friday to delay until after the presidential elections the sentence against republican candidate for the White House, Donald Trump.
The former u.s. president was found guilty in late May of falsifying business records to try to hide the payment of 130 thousand dollars to the adult film industry actress Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence. Judge Juan Merchan of the New York state supreme court, explained that the sentence will be read on November 26 endorsing the application of Trump's legal team, which had requested to postpone the date again, for the second time.
