00:00Hi guys, in this video I will show you how to enable spam protection in Google Messages

00:06app on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

00:10So this is my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device.

00:15So let's start.

00:16So just open your Google Messages app.

00:19You can see it's opened and after that you have to tap on your profile icon over here

00:26and then tap on messages settings and then scroll down to spam protection and then tap

00:35on it.

00:37And you can see guys here we have enable spam protection this option to help detect spam

00:44messages sends some data about your messages to Google without including your phone number

00:51or message content.

00:53So to enable spam protection you have to enable this toggle button next to enable spam protection.

01:01So to enable this toggle button just tap on it so that this slider moves to the right.

01:07So let me show you.

01:08Let me tap on it.

01:11And you can see guys spam protection is now enabled.

01:14So it's now done.

01:16After that you can go back.

01:18Go back again and close the Google Messages app if you want.

01:23So let me close it.
