German Chancellor says any future Ukraine peace conference must include Russia

00:13Scholz also called for increased efforts to solve the conflict.

00:40Meanwhile, Zelensky has said he's thankful for the support he received at the Ukraine
00:44Defense Contact Group meeting in Ramstein on Friday.
00:48At that meeting, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said the Biden administration would
00:53announce another $250 million military aid package.
00:57The U.K. said it would send 650 air defense missiles, while Germany pledged a further
01:0312 self-propelled howitzers.
01:22And on the battlefield, fierce fighting continues near the town of Pokrovsk.
01:27More than 20,000 inhabitants remain in the city despite Ukrainian authorities continuing
01:32to evacuate the strategically important town.
